For a limited time, with the St. George Standard variable rate home loan you get 1.00% p.a. discount off their standard rate with Advantage Package on loans of $500,000 or more. Receive the flexibility in repayments without being locked into a set term and get a great variable interest rate.

You get the choice of terms up to 30 years for principle; and interest repayments or up to 15 years for interest based repayments. If you package your home loan, selected credit card and transaction account with Advantage Package you could save money. You donít pay any establishment fee (this would normally be $600) nor do you pay a monthly administration fee (this is usually $10).

To enjoy these benefits you will have to pay an annual fee of $395 so you should ensure you read the terms and conditions thoroughly. Remember if you canít keep up with the repayments your house could be repossessed.
